Shipping Policy

SilvaChar Environmental Inc. currently ships online orders throughout Canada.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $39 CAD or more. Orders below $39 CAD may be subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
Our daily order cutoff is 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for handling and order preparation before shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated transit time is approximately 3–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Area
Online shipping is currently available within Canada only.

Large, Bulk or Commercial Orders
Bulk biochar, pallets, large-volume agricultural orders, and commercial projects may require separate freight arrangements and quotations. Please contact SilvaChar directly so we can determine the most suitable delivery option for your project.
