Fine-particle Canadian Biochar (<2 mm) designed for lawns, sandy soils, raised beds, gardens and compost.

Its fine particle size integrates easily into soil and helps retain water and nutrients in the root zone while providing porous habitat for beneficial soil microbes. Made in British Columbia from Canadian forest residues.

Charge Before Use

For best results, charge Biochar with nutrients before adding it to your soil.

With Compost or Manure:
Mix 1 part Biochar with 9 parts compost or manure by volume. Keep the mixture moist and let it rest for approximately 2 weeks before application.

With Liquid Fertilizer or Compost Tea:
Mix 1 part Biochar with 1 part liquid fertilizer or compost tea by volume. Let it soak for up to 2 days, mixing occasionally as the Biochar absorbs the liquid.

For Lawns:
Mix Fine Biochar 1:1 with granular fertilizer and spread the mixture evenly across the lawn.
